Therefore much, wishing to lose weight by means of an egg diet, it should be taken into account everything once again and to weigh before beginning consumption of eggs in not measured quantity. It is necessary reasonably and in admissible norms to observe consumption of eggs in food and it is correct to combine them with other products.

But nobody will take away from eggs of useful properties at external application, namely in cosmetology. If harmfully there are crude eggs, then it is possible to use them for other purposes, without destroying heat treatment all useful vitamins and minerals. In house conditions it is possible to prepare with ease the nutritious, toning, moistening and cleaning masks for face skin. Protein effectively tones up, dries and tightens the skin covered with wrinkles, the yolk, in turn, softens it and does to more elastic.
Thanks to the useful substances which are contained in an egg yolk (in particular lecithin), egg masks strengthen and restore structure of hair, accelerate their growth, interfere with developing of dandruff, give brightness and saturation of color.
It is interesting: lecithin contains in animal and vegetable fabrics and in liquids of an animal organism (a brain, nerves, an egg yolk, sperm, caviar, electric bodies of a slope).
Egg face packs
– A mask for normal skin. Will be required: 1 yolks, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and as much carrot juice. Put mix on a face, after 20 minutes wash away warm water, and then cool.
– A mask for dry skin. Will be required: 1 tablespoons of sour creams/cream, 1 yolk. Everything needs to be mixed and put on a face, to sustain 20 minutes and to wash away warm water. Frequency – 1-2 times a week.
– A mask for oily skin. Will be required: 1 yolks, 1 h spoon of cranberry juice, 1 h sour cream spoon. To mix everything and to impose layers: each of 3 layers in 5 minutes. At the end to unmask the wadded tampon moistened in tea.
– The refreshing mask. Will be required: 1 yolk, juice of 1 lemon. Put a mask on a face for 10 minutes and wash away warm water.
– The bleaching mask. Will be required: 1 protein, 2 h spoon of honey. The received weight is put on a face and in 20 minutes washes off.
– A mask against wrinkles. Will be required: well beaten egg white of 1 egg, 10 drops of juice of a lemon, 10 drops of glycerin and 10 drops of vegetable oil. All needs to be mixed and applied to skin carefully. After 10-15 minutes to wash away warm water.

– A nutritious mask for dry hair. Will be required: 2 yolks, 3 tablespoons of oil of an arnica, 2 tablespoons of burdock oil. To mix and apply on hair for half an hour, having covered the head with a warm towel.
It is interesting: it is possible that not all heard about arnica oil though it is often applied to massage at muscle pains after strong physical tension and also in creation of cosmetics on leaving for oily skin, means against a hair loss and dandruff.
It is important: oil of an arnica cannot be used inside and to apply on open wounds.
– The strengthening mask. Will be required: 1 yolks, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 h cognac spoon, 1 h spoon of colourless henna, 1 h honey spoon. All components to mix and apply on hair. After 40 minutes to wash away warm water and shampoo for daily use.
– A mask against dandruff. Will be required: 2 yolks, lemon half juice, 2 drops of burdock oil. Rub weight in head skin, and in 30 minutes wash away warm water.
It is interesting: the most ancient cocktail – mix of crude egg with cold salty water practices in Scotland in the morning after the parties, the glass is drunk off – and in 10 minutes the hangover passes.
Also it is not important at all who was earlier: man or woman. Our health and beauty are more important!
