Fish 3-day diet

Breakfast
- 1 chicken / 2 quail eggs

- 2 cups of green tea without sugar and honey

The second breakfast
- 50 g of boiled fish
- 1 glass of warm still mineral water
- in 10-15 minutes of 200 more g of fish + a vegetable garnish without oil + any fruit (except banana and persimmon)

Lunch
- 250 g of fish or any seafood, except crabsticks and other semi-finished products
- vegetables, it is desirable fresh (the salad or vegetable cutting filled with lemon juice)

Afternoon snack
- 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese or natural yogurt without dyes, preservatives and flavoring additives

Dinner
Just the same menu, as during the lunchtime.
