Ultrasimpl diet
This diet is developed by doctor Mark Hyman, it is completely described in his book "UltraSimple Diet". The diet is directed to giving an impulse to your metabolism and to lose up to 5 kilograms in 7 days without harm of la of health.6 problems of the Ultra easy diet:
- To get rid of bad products (they are the reason of toxicity and inflammations)
- To add to a diet the good products (helping a detoxication and having anti-inflammatory property)
- To get rid of toxins (by means of drinks and light laxatives)
- To reduce inflammatory processes
- A relax (the weakening procedures and bathtubs every evening)
- To learn to eat properly (to cultivate sense of proportion and to keep the magazine of food).
Bad products
These are those which cause formation of toxins and inflammation. They should be eliminated from a diet. There is a complete list:
- With the high content of fructose
- Transfats or the hydrogenated fats
- The processed products
- Fast food
- Artificial sweeteners
- Products with additives, preservatives and dyes
- Caffeine and alcohol (at least, for the period of a diet)

Good products
Only they can be present at your diet.
- The most natural
- The filtered water (6-8 glasses a day)
- Fish, especially such types as sardines, herring, wild salmon, cod
- Light meat of a bird
- The fresh or frozen fruit (except a citrus!), ideally – only berries
- Fresh vegetables
- Fresh vegetable broth (3-4 cups a day)
- Bean (lentil, haricot, tofu)
- Brown rice
- Nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, black fox, macadamia, pumpkin seeds)
- Linen seed
- Lemons (fresh lemon juice)
Bathtub relax
Every evening reception of the 20-minute weakening bathtub is before going to bed recommended. Epsom salt, baking soda and oil of a lavender is added to hot water. This bathtub promotes a detoxication, relaxation, improves a dream.

Bases
It is necessary to maintain a diet at least 7 days. But is possible more until you reach desirable weight. For weight loss most often there is enough 3 weeks. A maximum which is advised by the author of a diet – 3 months. After a diet it is necessary to adhere to good products, but from time to time it is possible to afford something from fast food or sweet.

The first day
Breakfast
- Lemon juice (half of a lemon) and hot water
- 1 cup of coffee without caffeine. Or 1 cup of the green tea (made not less than 5 minutes). Green tea contains caffeine therefore costs it will limit no more than 2 cups a day.
Morning having a snack
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
If there are no excrements till 10 in the morning, then to accept grass laxative capsules (2-3 pieces).
Lunch
- 2 glasses of the fried or steam vegetables (it is enough to bring to softness)
- half cup of brown rice
- half a glass of fruit or berries for a dessert (this dessert can be transferred to a dinner, and it is allowed to have a dessert only 1-2 times during the 7-day program).
Afternoon snack
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Dinner
- 110 – 150 g of fish or the chicken breast made with lemon juice and olive oil. Other option: 110 – 150 g of tofu or bean with any of spices: rosemary, cilantro, ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry, sea salt.
- 2 glasses of the vegetables (fried or on couple)
- half glass of brown rice.
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
The second day
Breakfast
- Lemon juice (half of a lemon) and hot water
- 1 cup of green tea
- To food – 2 capsules of probiotics
- To food - 2 capsules supporting an additive liver on herbs
- Omelet from 1 egg with skim milk
Morning having a snack
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Lunch
- With food – 2 capsules of a tablet of citrate of magnesium (on average, the capsule or a tablet contains 100-150 mg)
- 2 glasses of the vegetables (fried or on couple)
- half cup of brown rice
- half a glass of fruit or berries (to eat this dessert during a lunch or after a dinner)
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Afternoon snack
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Dinner
- To food – 2 capsules of probiotics
- To food 2 capsules of the grass tablets supporting a liver
- 2 glasses of the vegetables (fried or on couple)
- half cup of brown rice
- 110-150 g of fish or chicken breast
- 1 glass bean or tofu
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
