- red meat of low-fat grades;
- fish and seafood;

2. Every other day to the products rich with protein, you add vegetables. Vegetables can be eaten crude, boiled or baked.



Important: never fill salads with sauce with vegetable oil. And here yogurt is ideal for this purpose. Besides, at this stage of a diet daily use 2 tablespoons of oat bran.

Stage third. FIXING

- gammon or roast from pork, 1-2 times a week, without restriction in serving size;
- pasta, the rice baked or boiled potatoes: 1 portion - 220 g - in a week during the first half of the stage "Fixing" and 2 portions during the second half of a stage.

Besides, during this period it is allowed to arrange 2 festive lunches a week during which is everything what is wanted but without additive is possible.

There are two more obligatory recommendations to which it is necessary to adhere at the stage "Fixing". First, the proteinaceous menu once a week is strictly observed. On a table you can have a meat, fish, seafood, chicken without skin, eggs, fast ham, the fat-free dairy products. Secondly, daily add 2 tablespoons of oat bran to food. Do not forget to drink up to 2 l of water every day.

Stage fourth. STABILIZATION
And at last there comes the final stage of a diet — "Stabilization" which will last... forever desirable weight will also allow you to fix all life.

1. Try to eat as it is recommended at the stage "Fixing" and to drink not less than 1.5 l of water a day.
2. Adhere once a week to the proteinaceous menu offered at the stage "Attack".
