Truly and the fact that work of a brain needs a large amount of water is not difficult to check it – as soon as you at work enough drink waters, at once will notice the best concentration and freshness of thinking.

Such walking burns calories 20% more, than usual walks. Experts say that loadings become less noticeable, and not exhausting because you go with the definite purpose which is not connected with fitness.
It is thought that our many daily occupations can be carried to a type of tourist walking, it is shopping on foot, a raising on a ladder without elevator, walk with a dog. There is practically no tension, but there is an effect of the tightened and slim figure. And there is a lot of saved time. Really, why to go specially to exercise machines? We are not cars to think only of muscles, we can combine several cases.

If we convinced you to start walking much, then it is worth working according to a certain plan that the movement was in joy and for pleasure.
Walking – the excellent decision for persons interested to grow thin because from the very beginning of the trainings you will begin to grow thin at least on kilogram every week. These are the sparing loadings for joints and also a quite good training of a cardiovascular system (especially at fast walking).
I offer two ways how to make walking during the day longer:

2. Try to go where you got used to stand. Many mistakenly consider that forces should be saved, and do not take excess steps not to be tired. Reconsider this approach. If you came to a meeting, and are forced to expect (the girlfriend, the doctor in policlinic, the colleague, etc.), then do not stand and you do not sit. Carry out expectation in the movement. There is such rule "100 steps". It means that expectation will take place much quicker if you take 100 steps. And remuneration – not only the end of expectation, but also weight loss.
It is much simpler to go, of course, than to begin to be engaged on exercise machines. But also here it is necessary to observe some principles not to do much harm. So, on the city it is necessary for walks:
- Avoid the streets overloaded with the movement, crowds – the rhythm at such walking jumps, nerves strain, for health walking in such conditions will bring nothing good.
- Walking with heavy bags – it is not healthy for occupations, the backbone is overloaded, and emotions generally negative.
- You do not go on hairpins. And sneakers too not really are suitable for walking on the city, in them hot, and they do not approach a city dress at all.
- Footwear – low boots on a lacing that the leg in them was steady. Also will approach almost any style.
- When walking the bearing is very important: you hold a back directly, a chin up as though you want to consider something in the distance. But from time to time you watch also the step.
