Brazilian bikini diet
This program was created by the fitness instructor Regina Joseph, and is a mix of fitness and a diet. In fact, it is a way of life which allows to eat and keep normally a figure harmonious, and a body - strong.The program will increase energy level, will make a body tightened, will burn fat, - and you will be ready to a bikini season in 30 days.
The diet not for nothing is called Brazilian. In a basis – the Brazilian traditions of food. And in addition – Pilates and the Brazilian capoeira.
Big accent in a system – on decrease in a stress, acceptance of the Brazilian approach to life based on cultivation of joy and passion.
The person of the Brazilian diet is a singer Rihanna. She practices this system for a long time and strikes with a magnificent figure: sexual bends of a female body remain, besides, as the symmetry is reached.

Food bases
Grain are not excluded absolutely, but limited in the small portions. And the majority of carbohydrates should be received from fruit and vegetables. In the daily menu there is a small dessert. Also dairy products are limited.
The emphasis is placed on fresh products, fruit cocktails and juice, vegetable salads, seafood dishes and meat, with addition of nuts and bean.
The recommended products:
- Asaa berries. It is a basis of the Brazilian diet. It is recommended to consume them much because they contain a large amount of antioxidants, food fibers and fats.

- Cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, coconuts are too national Brazilian products which have to be present at a diet every day.
Approximate menu
Breakfast
Smuz from an asaa (berries can be bought in shops of ecological food).
Morning having a snack
Coconut water (is on sale in large supermarkets and shops of ecological food).
Lunch
Soup miso and lentil salad.
Afternoon snack
Nuts.
Dinner
Fried fish, broccoli and cauliflower with spinach sauce.
Dessert
Coconut fruit pie and prunes compote.
The recommended exercises
Lessons of capoeira and Pilates for beginners. A combination of these lessons provide the so-called balanced fitness because are intended for cardiovascular activity, strengthening of muscles and flexibility. Each training includes surely 10 minutes of cardio-loading. Occupations at first last no more than 30 minutes, after two weeks can be 60 minutes.
The facilitated capoeira and Pilates are available even to people with injuries. Find lessons of these disciplines in the Internet, or register in fitness club, and attend classes not less than 3 times a week.

The Brazilian diet is suitable for good, but not fast results. It allows to keep the reached effect longer. Food helps to burn fat because it is rich with antioxidants, natural fibers. The only shortcoming – the high cost of rare products and fitness occupations.
