- Boiled chicken breast without skin – 100 g; the baked potatoes – 2 pieces; fresh vegetables; drinking yogurt of the lowered fat content – 1 cup.
- Boiled fish – 100 g; the steamed cauliflower – 250 g; tomato juice – 1 glass.
- A tinned tuna – 100 g; potatoes baked in an oven – 2 pieces; fresh vegetables; tea without sugar – 1 cup.

Dinner. Choose one of the offered options:

- Low-fat cottage cheese with small cut fruit – 250 g; toasts from white loaf – 2 pieces; tea without sugar – 1 cup.
- Toasts from bread with bran – 2 pieces; cheese – 50 g; grapefruit – 1 piece; tea without sugar – 1 cup.
- Sausage; piece of white loaf; letcho – 100 g; tea without sugar – 1 cup.
- One croissant; ham – 100 g; honey – 1 teaspoon; tea without sugar – 1 cup.



Exit from the Berlin diet
