Results. Kuba-I grows thin by summer

Time flies by quickly and so, as the marathon of symmetry came to an end. It is time to sum up the results.

The purpose was:
The purpose - reduction of centimeters in a waist, hips and a breast, from here and reduction of clothing size.
So, I set the purpose - the 48th size.

As realized:
I put all emphasis on a marathon on food. Earlier never considered KBZhU, considered that it is difficult. But nevertheless came to it as without change of food any results never were. In
In a special application on the smartphone wrote down everything that I eat, considering all eaten and drunk. The program itself counts KBZhU. And I only need to watch that indicators were not beyond norm.

In addition there was a leaving and sport. But only in addition. As and without them I would lose weight. The sport helps muscles to be with a tone, and leaving tightens skin.

Sport in my life constant, 3 once a week. It is already norm. Warm-up - run, the main training - power.

Leaving absolutely minimum - a srub once a week. But within a marathon added vacuum lymphatic drainage massage 2 times a week and 1 cavitation in 1-2 weeks.

Results:
As for food - everything was not so difficult and it was even pleasant to me. Norm it was not always possible to adhere, but even it did not prevent me to achieve desirable results.

And as a bonus - results of massage tremendous. Skin was tightened, smooth and elastic, cellulitis considerably became less.
