What I have and what I will fight against.

- Hands.
Dryness. The frequent contact with water and paper strongly dries skin. Here cream is simply necessary.
Windburn. In cold time of a hand often are weather-beaten. For this purpose I had cream from bad weather for hands recently.

- Legs.
Dryness and natoptysh. What it is connected with, I do not know. Let's fight by means of cream, trays, pumice and nail files.

- Nails.
Here in general everything is sad. Nails strongly began to exfoliate, thin and fragile. Dry cuticle. I will look after by means of trays, wax and oil. I do manicure only cut as another is impossible so far.

It is necessary to do trays for legs. For this purpose I add to water sea salt, either soda, or clay, or still some special means.

20.04. - Thursday
Hands - in the Morning cream the Compliment before an exit to the street. In the afternoon cream as necessary. In the evening Meelo Meela cream mask.
Legs - Cream Altai.
Nails - On work used Spivak wax. After work there were no forces to make a tray (and this first task from Nastya) therefore made a mask for nails. Accidentally saw on sale and decided to try. After once it is difficult to judge result. therefore I will be inflated that the mask to me is worse did not make.

21.04. - Friday
Hands - in the Morning cream the Compliment.
Legs - the Feather a dream cream.
Nails - Cut a dry cuticle, applied Spivak wax.

22.04. - Saturday
Hands - For the night Meelo Meela cream under DNS perchatochka.
Nails - did a tray with Nogtyurn in the Morning. After it spread nails with oil.
Legs - in the Morning a tray. Added residues of juicy mix of black clay and milk for a bathtub from DNS to hot water. Later processed feet the polishing file, cut off a cuticle and greased legs with cream. Before going to bed again cream Altai.

23.04. - Sunday
Did a tray for a body with a bomb of Savonry. Very cool thing. Super! I advise! As a part of a bomb sea salt and extract of a camomile. Here and additional leaving, as behind a body, there and behind palms, feet and nails.

Legs - before going to bed foot cream.
Nails - did not do anything special.

28.04 - Friday
Today I go to other city therefore it is necessary to put everything in order. First of all took a bath.
Hands - For the night hand cream.
Nails - Cut a cuticle, filed nails, smeared all with wax.
Legs - After a bathtub wiped a nail file, smeared with cream.

29.04-01.05 - Friday-Monday
Was on a trip therefore used only aloe belief gel from Savonry.

The fourth week

From 07:05 till 14:05 was on a trip. Went to St. Petersburg. Excursions, parks, museums... Generally not to trays to me was. Therefore I will write in general. In the morning, before an exit to the street, used cream from bad weather the Compliment as weather was very cold. And before going to bed smeared hands with gel of an aloe belief of Savonry. With a cuticle and legs no manipulations existed. BUT! As 11.05 we agreed to meet the positive Yanina and Nastya who is the organizer of this marathon 10.05 I nevertheless decided to bring nails and a cuticle into a well-groomed look: after a shower cut a cuticle and filed nails, and later smeared all with DNS wax.

Results

As trips took away plenty of time, due care at me was not received. In this regard nails and a cuticle in the same state also remained. Also there are no changes and on the Piglet.

And here the condition of feet pleases me. Though there was a lot of walking during this period of time, natoptysh gradually disappeared.

And also constant protection and care of skin of hands did not leave a mark. On a photo of changes it is not visible, and here to the touch handles became smooth and gentle, and the roughness and dryness completely disappeared.
