My favourite recipes on the way to symmetry. Part 3. Queen cabbage

I want to devote this part to the favourite - cabbage.
I just adore cabbage, any, in any kind, at all seasons of the year. I will begin well with the simplest, but very tasty
Fresh cabbage salad
Cabbage fresh - about 500 gr.
Carrots - 1 piece.
Salt - a pinch
(Not to exclude) sugar - 1 tablespoon without hill
Vinegar 6%-1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil fragrant - 1-2 tablespoons.
It is elementary to prepare, the main thing thin to chop cabbage straws. At once to cabbage we rub carrots on a large grater, we add a pinch of salt and we fray cabbage a hand, kind of we rumple it, but it is not really diligent. This step is taken surely, so more tasty. Now we add sugar, vinegar, we mix. We add oil and it is possible to eat.

Such salad can be cooked safely for the future, to store in the refrigerator in the closed ware.
Also it is the basic recipe, it is possible to give vent to imagination and to replace for example salt - soy sauce, it is possible to change oil with different tastes. Vinegar can also be taken different, apple, grape and even balzamik. It is possible to add some vegetables, here for example same salad but with addition of paprika and a fresh cucumber

It is required:
Cabbage fresh - 200 gr.
For Rees brown, not polished, it is possible mix of rice, boiled - 100 gr.
Raisin - 100 gr.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Salt - is a little, to taste
Preparation:
Thinly we slice cabbage, we fray it slightly with salt, we add the boiled rice, raisin and we fill with lemon juice and vegetable oil.

Sharp cabbage in the Korean style
Ingredients:
Cabbage fresh - 500 gr.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Green onions - 1 bunch
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
Vinegar of 6% - 1 tablespoon.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Pepper red burning - a pinch
Sesame - 1 tablespoon.
Thinly we slice cabbage, slightly we fray. We add the cut green onions, the crushed garlic, sesame (it can be fried slightly on a dry frying pan), sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper. we mix and give.

Ingredients:
Sauerkraut - 500 gr.
Beet boiled - 100 gr.
Prunes - 5 pieces.
Onion - 1 piece.
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons.
Sugar - 1.5 tsps.
Black pepper - 0.5 tsps.
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Preparation:
Onions are cut by straws, we fry it on vegetable oil in a big frying pan, we add the wrung-out cabbage to onions and we fry on fire above an average to a zarumyanivaniye. While cabbage is fried, we cut boiled beet straws. Also we cut prunes straws.

Spices - to taste
Salt - to taste
We cut onions straws, carrots we rub on a large grater. We fry them on vegetable oil to semi-readiness (approximately minutes 7-10). We add tomato sauce and milts, we mix at once and we bring to boiling. We add sorted on small inflorescences a cauliflower, we salt and we add any spices to taste. We extinguish everything together to readiness of cabbage, minutes 15-20. To give hot.

The baked cabbage cutlets
Ingredients:
White cabbage - 400 gr.
Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Egg - 2 pieces.
Milk - 100 ml.
Oat flakes - 3 tablespoons.
Salt - to taste

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 400 gr.
Sour cream - 200 gr.
Greens - to taste
Hard cheese - 50-100 gr.
Spices - to taste
Paprika sweet ground - 0.5 tsps.
Preparation:
We sort cabbage on small inflorescences. We fill in it with abrupt boiled water for 10 minutes.
By cottage cheese it is kneaded, we add to it small chopped greens, spices, salt, paprika. We mix.
From cabbage we merge water.
In pots we put layers cabbage and curds, from above we fill in all with sour cream. We put in a warm oven, we bake at 180 °C of 20 minutes. We strew from above with grated cheese, we bake 5-10 more minutes. We give hot.
