I brag of a present which received from the girlfriend. We thought to meet her for March 8 (she lives in other city therefore we see each other infrequently). But there were problems. And then, when they were resolved, the self-isolation mode was announced. The meeting was postponed once again, and here decided to exchange presents (how many they can lie already?

When the gift of the girlfriend to me arrived, I was stupefied: it was the huge beautiful box. However, it is issued by St. Valentine's Day, but when it hindered?

What lay inside became for me surprise. These are protein Herbalife Nutrition mini-bars.
I will note that earlier I did not face similar products of this brand also nothing similar tried. Therefore bars were for me a real discovery.

First, there is a lot of them: in a box there were 28 features.
Secondly, they are tasty: from above the small fragrant layer of chocolate under which flakes hide vozdushny (the crackling pupyrka – as them calls the daughter), poured by caramel, and inside – a uniform stuffing (something similar meets also in usual chocolate bars). It is a little vanilla – the aroma is slightly noticeable, taste very pleasant, moderately sweet is that moment when sweets not surplus.

One bar – only 15 grams, and it quite is enough to have a bite and to feel hungry. The girlfriend wrote that for having a snack it is possible to take on two bar – it is considered in one portion, but one grabs for me eyes – saturation from it just excellent.
Their main counter is that they are not just sweet candies, and proteinaceous having a snack – contains in one bar four grams of protein (as much contains in 100 grams of the fat-free kefir or in 100 grams of cepes). If to consider in percentage, then it will turn out that small candy for 27 percent consists of protein. At the same time carbohydrates in bar – 6.5 grams, fats – 2.5 grams. It is excellent having a snack!

One more plus – small caloric content: one candy is 60 kilocalories that it is possible to equate 1.5% to a hundred-gram portion of yogurt or the same portion of a pollock (in it is even 7 Kcal more).
In general in day it is possible to eat no more than two portions, that is four bars, however I stopped on one, for me it quite enough. Read information on these bars at the producer and saw what them can be had a bite to or after the training. But all my physical loading usually in the evening, and at this time I try to exclude all sweet therefore too refused bars.
And here the morning tea drinking with colleagues at me takes place with such useful candies now: energy you receive weight from them, and the head well works that in our business is important. Naturally, all are interested where I took such piece as nobody saw anything similar.


Such having a snack did not affect my weight in any way: I both lost extra kilos, and I lose, in this plan everything is excellent.
I want to note what useful would not be bars, you should not eat them much: nevertheless sweet, though useful. Though it seems to me, it in principle is impossible: very much they are nourishing. Also you should not hope that if to include such bars in the menu, kilograms will begin to leave at once. At all not. They will disappear if kilocalories begin to be lost, that is there will be a sufficient physical activity. But, I think, all this is understood.

Here I received such gift, interesting and unusual to me, from the girlfriend and for the first time got acquainted with Herbalife about which I a lot of things heard, but never tried.
