Sweets can be useful too

With big surprise learned that the Faberlic company in the section "Health" offers protein bars. Could not pass by, it is sweet useful: it is sated with useful components, well sates, it it is possible to have a bite prior to a training.

For a start I chose bar the glazed Protein Premium Bar with taste of chocolate (I can do nothing with myself – very much I love chocolate!).

Packing, as you can see, the most usual, without any "trick". Those who seriously approach the choice of similar products note at once that bar protein content – 21 percent. The weight of bar small – 35 grams.

So, structure. Protein sources a little – concentrates of milk and serumal protein, isolate of soy protein. One bar contains almost norm of the recommended daily consumption of protein – seven and a half grams from ten!

Bar is enriched with vitamins E, groups B, H (biotin), folic acid, minerals. Generally, well of poleznost! I especially liked availability of zinc and selenium. It is a lot of here and food fibers that promotes improvement of composition of intestinal microflora, acceleration of removal of cholesterol and bilious acids and so forth.

The fact that the producer on packing in detail painted quantity of all components pleases moreover and noted their nutrition value.

The power value of a product – 118 kilocalories, it is quite possible to enter it in the general kallorazh as having a snack.

Bar by sight quite usual, pleasantly smells of chocolate.

The chocolate layer thin, under it hides a stuffing. It is moderately sweet, pleasant, uniform, but with impregnations of coconut flakes that, in my opinion, gives to bar special charm.

I ate bar for half an hour prior to a cardiotraining. Saturation simply magnificent! Inflow of forces, energy is felt, as a result the training took place perfectly well, at the end even hand-legged did not shiver, as usual.

So the result was pleasant to me. I think to test now and other bars (Faberlic offers several different tastes) and same to stock up. Convenient piece when it is necessary to have a bite quickly and nourishingly.

By the way, in day the producer recommends to use no more than one bar. In my opinion, wise decision: excess carbohydrates and fats there is nothing too.

So to all who keep the figure, but cannot refuse sweet, I recommend to pay attention to such bars. Tasty, nourishingly, it is useful and it is inexpensive (at a discount bars can be bought for 99 rubles).
