Honey paste with dried fruits


Very simple recipe of preparation. For it it is required
- hundred grams of dried apricots
- hundred grams of prunes without stones
- hundred grams of walnuts
- 4-5 tablespoons of honey

Paste is ready. Excellent tasty and nourishing addition to a breakfast. It is possible to eat just like that or to put from above on the warm and crackling toasts. This our favourite winter delicacy.


Honey soft toffees

To make tasty toffees the following ingredients are necessary:
- baked milk of 200 milliliters
- two tablespoons of honey
- sugar of 100 grams (here everything is individual if you love very sweet, it is possible to add 150-200 gr some sugar, I add it absolutely slightly, I have enough honey)
- small pack of vanillin
- 30 grams of good butter (not margarine, and not creamy spread, namely oil)
- vegetable oil for greasing of molds


In a pan I put all components, then I fill in with baked milk, well I mix and I put to cook on a plate on average fire about thirty minutes, periodically stirring slowly. In half an hour weight begins to get thick, gaining tasty caramel color, so it is ready. I display in small molds, I allow to cool down and for one or one and a half hours I remove in the refrigerator.
Toffees turn out very tasty and gentle that the most important, do not stick between teeth.) Are eaten very quickly, especially in a prikuska with tea or coffee.
