Celery diet

But there is also a special diet which was called "celery" as this vegetable became its main component.There are several types of celery diets, the most effective of them:
- soup celery,
- salad celery,
- juice celery.
Celery soup diet
The celery – the king of diets, contains in 100 grams of a product only 14 calories! And the celery diet allows to lose weight by 7 kg in 2 weeks. A basis of a celery diet – celery vegetables soup, low-fat meat and fruit.
Recipe of celery soup
Ingredients:
- 500 g of a celery;
- 300 g of cabbage;
- 2-3 carrots of the average size;
- 2-3 average bulbs;
- 2-3 small sweet pepper;
- 2-3 tomatoes of the average sizes;
- fennel / parsley;
- spices to taste (without salt).
Preparation: everything that needs to be made, is to cut vegetables, to put in a pan, to fill in with 3 liters of water and to cook no more than 15 minutes.

Menu
The 1st day: celery soup, fruit (except bananas).
The 2nd day: celery soup, crude vegetables.
The 3rd day: celery soup, crude vegetables and potatoes in a uniform for dinner.
The 4th day: celery soup, three bananas and 1 liter of kefir.
The 5th day: celery soup, 200 g of dietary meat (fast beef, chicken or fish), 1 kg of tomatoes, about 2 liters of liquid.
The 6th day: celery soup, vegetables and 300-400 g of boiled fast beef or chicken.
The 7th day: celery soup, vegetables and boiled brown rice.
The diet lasts 14 days therefore from the 8th to the 14th day it is necessary to repeat the menu of the first seven days.
It should be noted that the celery diet is rather strict. In it there is no place to desserts or alcohol, it is allowed to have tea and coffee only without sugar. One liberty – in number of the eaten celery soup – it can be eaten as much as necessary.
Celery salad diet
There is also other kind of a diet on a celery. In it weight loss results not such impressive – – however it it is easier to adhere to about 2 kg a week. Especially it concerns those who do not love a boiled celery in soup.
Important dish of a salad celery diet is salad. It needs to be eaten every evening. Salad ingredients following: celery (preferably roots), carrots, turnip. All ingredients should be grated, filled with a small amount of vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Celery juice diet
There is also one more type of a celery diet. For this purpose celery juice will be required. Juice helps to struggle with obesity. For this purpose three times a day, to food follow, to accept on the 2nd teaspoons of juice of a celery. Also it is necessary to add a celery as it helps to digest meat to meat dishes, stimulating secretion of gastric juice.
