Food has to include three basic elements:
- Proteinaceous products (chicken, mutton, salmon, shrimps),
- Fats (avocado, nuts, sunflower seeds, olive / coconut oil),
- Vegetables (surely multi-colored, spinach, pepper, broccoli, sweet potatoes are recommended).

Other main principle – all products have to be as it is possible closer to the natural state. For example, orange juice is quite close similar to how orange looks in the nature. And here, chips – it is far from what is natural potatoes. Quite so James Duigan suggests to abstain from the processed products. It allows to refuse not completely processing, and reasonably.
The third rule: any products and dishes should not contain artificial fragrances and preservatives. Such products have a small expiration date and storages as are in the natural state.

Duigan considers that the organism accumulates fat only when digests the processed products. As a result of it fat collects in an upper body, the most problem zones: hips, waist, buttocks.

The forbidden and resolved products
- It is allowed to drink 1 cup of coffee daily.
- One meal without restrictions in a week is resolved.
- Under a ban regular consumption of alcohol and flour products, you will not reach the weight necessary to you yet.
- After weight satisfies you, adhere to some low-calorie alcoholic beverages. Duigan advises … vodka.
- It is recommended to eat a lot of dark meat, nuts, mushrooms, an asparagus. These products satisfy thirst for sweets because the lack of serotonin is caused generally by a lack of protein and chrome.
- If dairy products swell out or there is an intolerance of milk, replace them with rice milk, taste goat cheese and goat yogurt.
Menu
Breakfast, 1 option:
- Water with addition of a lemon or lime
- Oat flat cakes with an avocado half
Breakfast, the 2nd option:
- Plows eggs with an asparagus
- Oat flat cakes

Breakfast, the 3rd option:
- Cocktail: 2 Brazil nuts, 2 almonds, handful of bilberry and raspberry, 1 spoon of protein powder, 1 spoon of bran, 1 glass of water or milk / rice milk / almond milk. To mix all ingredients in the blender and to drink at once.

Lunch:
- Omelet with a salmon and spinach: 2 eggs, 100 g of leaves of spinach, 100 g of a smoked salmon, 2 spoons of milk, salt, pepper. Shake up eggs, milk, seasoning and pour in the warmed-up frying pan. When on the one hand omelet prepares, to turn and add a salmon and spinach. To put and cook to readiness. To give with greens.

Dinner (for 4 portions):
- Chicken. 4 tsps of fresh juice of a lime, 4 tsps of olive oil, half a teaspoon of dried Chile, 4 organic chicken breasts without skin, black pepper. To pickle chicken in the refrigerator within 1 hour. A grill of chicken – from each party on 8 minutes.
- Salsa. A half of small cut red bulb, small cut tomato, half a teaspoon of juice of a lime, 1 crushed garlic glove, 2 cut pepper without seeds, half a teaspoon of caraway seeds, half a teaspoon of sea salt. To mix and leave at the room temperature for 1 hour.
- A garnish from avocado. 1 ripe avocado, 200 g of leaves of spinach, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tsps of leaves of a coriander.
To put chicken on salad, watering with salsa and a garnish from avocado.
Very simple menu
In 2013 James united with the Closer magazine and offered readers of this edition an experiment: to lose weight by its technique. The simplest diet, and after – thousands of responses and thanks from Americans who at last finished a victory the fight against excess weight was published. This simple diet:
Breakfast: fried eggs, 50 g of a smoked salmon and 1 cup of spinach.
Lunch: 1 fried grouper with salad.
Afternoon snack: 4-6 nuts
Dinner: 100 g of beef, spinach, quarter of avocado.
Having a snack: chopped vegetables and 1 tablespoon of hummus.
