Three stages David Kirsch's diet
The original plan of food from David Kirsch is calculated on 8 weeks. All the time breaks into 3 stages:
Stage 1. The first 14 days. A phase in which problems enters to save you from unnecessary and harmful products. Kirsch designated these products by easily memorable abbreviation of A, B, C, D, E, F. In English these letters designate the following products (on the first letter): alcohol, breads, starchy carbohydrates, dairy and so on. And in Russian it means that during the first phase of a diet it is necessary to refuse alcohol, bread, flour carbohydrates, dairy products, sweets and fruit.
At the first stage your food consists only of fast meat (chicken, a turkey) or fish and vegetables. It is recommended to drink 1-2 protein cocktails a day.
Stage 2. Also 14 days last. The recommendations of the first stage remain. But now it is possible to afford healthy carbohydrates. This generally whole grain and fruit.
Stage 3. At least 4 weeks last. But David Kirsch considers that you can hold to the plan of food all life or until you do not achieve results necessary to you. All recommendations of the previous two stages remain. Plus to it you are able to afford something from the forbidden products once a week: sweets, for example.
Physical exercises
David Kirsch's diet cannot be imagined without physical activity. It at you will be very much within these 8 weeks. They break into two big stages:
• The first two weeks: the daily trainings consisting of 45-minute cardio-exercises and the subsequent to them 45-minute aerobic loadings with the power exercises toning muscles of a stomach and legs.
• After the first two weeks the program with the following schedule of loadings begins:
- 3 days of aerobic exercises with power simulators for a tone of muscles,
- 2 days 45 minutes of cardio-exercises,
- 2 days 30 minutes of power trainings.

Stage 1. Under a ban: alcohol, unhealthy carbohydrates, coffee, almost all fats, almost all fruit, sweeteners, sugar, fruit juice. Food caloric content at the first stage should not exceed 800-1000 calories. Therefore it is necessary to plan the menu in advance to count caloric content in the food diary.
Breakfast: proteinaceous. For example, it can consist of egg whites or protein cocktail. Intake of polyvitamins is recommended.
The second breakfast: at choice - chicken, almonds, hard boiled eggs, a tinned tuna.
Lunch: the fish, a turkey or chicken plus broccoli or spinach filled with olive oil, a lemon or vinegar.
Afternoon snack: Polyvitamins, herbal tea.
Dinner: Protein cocktail or shrimp / chicken / fish / tuna, plus small portion of a green salad.
Stage 2. At the second stage caloric content remains not high, you can add on only 100 calories a day. It is possible to afford some one forbidden product in day. But if it is carbohydrates – that it is necessary to eat such dish not later than 3 o'clock in the afternoon. For the rest, the menu remains from the first stage.
Stage 3. It is possible to afford 2 forbidden products every day. But it is better to adhere to the healthiest options. That is, it is always better to eat the forbidden fruit, than cake or cookies. Plus to it it is authorized to afford 1 sweet dessert or alcoholic drink a week.
Good news to vegetarians: Kirsch considers that his plan of food and trainings is suitable also for supporters of vegetable food. Animal protein should be replaced with tofu.
