Antibacterial diet
The diet with the low maintenance of bacteria belongs to medical. But also growing thin can try it. What products can be included in food at an antibacterial diet:
- Dairy products: pasteurized milk and yogurt (pasteurization – process of heating which destroys bacteria), cheese in vacuum packing from pasteurized milk (fat-free or average fat content cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, Swiss cheese).
- Proteinaceous products: the well-done or boiled thoroughly meat (beef, a turkey, chicken, fish, mollusks), canned food meat or fish, meat pastes, well cooked eggs, tofu, sausages (only prepared on fire), nuts fried or baked in bakery products, peanut butter.

- Fruit and vegetables: the preserved, frozen or dried fruit; the pasteurized juice; well washed out crude fruit, vegetables and greens; the frozen, tinned or boiled vegetables.
- Grain: bread, rolls, pancakes, cakes, wafers; the packed crackers, chips, popcorn; boiled porridges.
- Drinks: the clear water bottled, distilled, spring; the instant coffee or tea made by abrupt boiled water; herbal tea from bags.
- Another: seasonings, sauces and jams should be frozen right after opening.
What products to avoid at an antibacterial diet:
- Dairy products: all not pasteurized and in the raw; cheese with the content of crude vegetables, greens, chili pepper; cheeses with a mold; cheeses with live enzymes (such as cheddar, brie, feta, house).
- Proteinaceous products: crude or half-cooked (meat, bird, eggs, tofu); sausages without heating; smoked or marinated fish; fried nuts in a shell, not fried crude nuts.
- Fruit and vegetables: dirty crude fruit, vegetables and herbs; all crude vegetable escapes (lucerne, garden radish, broccoli); salad.
- Grain: slack-baked pastries and bread.
- Drinks: water which did not undergo safety tests; the tea made by warm water; not pasteurized vegetable and fruit juice.
- Other products: cheese sauces, crude honey, grass additives (tablets).
Councils for buyers:
- Always you watch an expiration date of products. It is impossible to buy expired products!
- Vegetables and fruit should be bought only fresh: learn date of a supply of a product from the seller.
- Do not buy products which have defects in packings.
- Do not eat samples of dishes in shops.
- Do not buy products which are stored in shops, only those which have a small period of storage and are brought to shop just before realization.
- Do not buy eggs which are stored without refrigerator.
- At once place the products brought from shop - in the refrigerator.

Councils for preparation of products at an antibacterial diet
- Carefully wash up hands before beginning to prepare.
- Defreeze the frozen products in the refrigerator or the microwave oven. Use products right after a defrosting.
- Do not freeze products again after defroze.
- Wash vegetables and fruit carefully under flowing water.
- Use different chopping boards for meat and vegetables.
- Before opening cans – wash up their top part with soap and in warm water.
How to prepare and store prepared:
Meat. It is necessary to buy the special thermometer for meat to check its temepratura when cooking. Red meat prepares at a temperature of 165 degrees, a bird it is necessary to heat to 180 degrees. The microwave oven is not suitable for preparation of meat, it not completely warms meat and there can be cold sites where growth of bacteria will develop. At preparation in the microwave it is necessary to overturn constantly products and to mix.
Do not taste food from the same spoon which carries out hashing of food when cooking. For tasting there has to be a separate spoon.
Do not leave food out of the refrigerator more than for 2 hours. It is impossible to leave products with mayonnaise and eggs without refrigerator longer, than for 1 hour.
Divide the food remains into small portions and place in small containers – and send to the refrigerator.
Food which was in the refrigerator longer than 2-3 days - should be thrown out.
Advice to hostesses how to reduce number of bacteria in kitchen:
- Dishcloths and sponges should be washed every day. To use for this purpose bleach and hot water. Once a week completely to change sponges. To use towels every day clean.
- It is obligatory to preserve working surfaces in purity. For this purpose process them daily following solution: 1 tablespoon of bleach + 1 liter of warm water.
- Chopping boards should be washed in hot soap water or in the dishwasher after each use.
Advice to those who eat at restaurant:
- Do not order yogurt and ice cream which prepares directly at restaurant.
- Avoid some seasonings of manual preparation (ketchups and mustard). You ask sauces in packings.
- Avoid a fondue.
