3. The forbidden products:
- any food containing the white, brown and refined sugar
- artificial sweeteners,
- fruit juice
- milk, cheese, cream, butter, vegetable oil, yogurt, ice cream – with very big restrictions
- the refined oils,
- caffeine,
- white rice and white flour,
- foodstuff with chemicals: preservatives, dyes.

Menu sample per day

Breakfast
- 2 cups of porridge
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread with 2 tablespoons of apple jam
- Green tea

Lunch
- Sushi, cucumber, sauerkraut
- Boiled salad with sauce from tofu
- Green tea

Afternoon snack
- Half a glass of mix from roasted almonds, seeds of sunflower and raisin

Dinner
- 1 bowl of soup miso
- The baked fish with rice
- Quarter of a cup of grated daikon
- Boiled garden cress, carrots and onions sauce
- Dessert: cake from couscous with pear sauce
- 1 glass of the made coffee.
