- 2 average green paprikas
- 5 average tomatoes

- 3-4 segments of garlic
- spices
- little hyposodium salt.



Way of preparation:
To bring 4 liters of water to boiling. To add small cut vegetables, again to bring to boiling. To cook on weak fire of 20 minutes and to decorate with greens.

Part of boiled vegetables can be crushed to a pyureobrazny state. Except cabbage and a celery it is possible to add any vegetables to soup, except potatoes.

Soup can be transformed to okroshka, having made it on kefir, with a large number of chopped greens and meatless. It is undesirable to use kvass because fermented milk products it is more useful than some kvass. On cold soup it is possible to lose weight by 3-4 kilograms a week.



Plan of unloading week

1. It is necessary to begin every day unloading week with a glass of cold water with lemon juice to stimulate digestion.

2. Every day you have to drink up to 2.5 l of liquid. It is desirable that it was mainly clean still water.

3. A main course – celery soup. It should be prepared 1-2 times a day, sometimes changing players and ingredients. It is possible to add mushrooms, a cauliflower, leek, carrots from time to time. Is it 4-5 times a day, portions on 200-250 ml follow.

If in broth cooked bones, then it is necessary to merge it 3 or 4 times. When cooking chicken broth, it is necessary to studit it, to remove fat from above, and then to continue to cook. The second (and also the 3rd and 4th) broth contains a minimum of fats and extractive substances.
