Basic principles of a diet

- Under a ban bread, noodles, rice.

MENU and SCHEDULE per day
It is not recommended for nursing!

Early morning
First of all since morning – double espresso without milk and sugar for increase in the used fat during the training.
30 minutes – physical activity (charging). If to do good exercises first of all since morning, then the organism will burn fat within 8 hours after that.
From hot to cool to finish a shower for 2 minutes under cold water to stimulate an organism to burn more calories.
Big glass of water (or small bottle of water).

Morning
During the whole morning it is possible fresh fruit (entirely or cut), the fresh juices mixed with water in proportions 1:1, or mineral water.
– it is better to make fruit cocktail independently if there are a blender or the juice extractor.

Late morning (11-30 mornings)
3 lettuce leaves, 2 oat flat cakes with a salmon and a cucumber, a big glass of water (either a small bottle of water, or a cup of green tea).

Lunch
Bowl of soup (meat, fish, pea), but not cream soup.
Fresh vegetables olive oil salad (or linseed oil) and lemon juice. Only salad without fruit!
Big glass of water, either small bottle of water, or mineral water.

Afternoon snack
Small portion of crude vegetables
Cold chicken (without skin), couple of tomatoes and a handful of fresh nuts
Big glass of water or spicy tomato juice

Dinner
Portion of protein (meat, bird, fish, mollusks, tofu). It is more than garlic, greens and spices for combustion of fat
3 various vegetables (but not potatoes and not root crops) – stewed, with linseed oil
Glass of red wine (2 if there was an intense, unlucky day) and a lot of water

Evening
The cup of green tea or hot chocolate with soy milk, it will help to fall asleep better. These options of drinks are rich with amino acid tryptophane which stimulates production of the serotonin influencing a good dream.
