Rule eighth
Eat two-three portions of fruit a day, but do not consume more fruit, than vegetables.

The few restaurants offer a fruit plate for lunch, but many serve fruit as addition to a cheese plate. Therefore if someone from your friends ordered cheese, eat instead of it fruit.
