Millet cutlets with a cauliflower

Millet cutlets with a cauliflower turn out tasty, nourishing and useful. Especially, are well combined with sour cream, cucumber, garlic and greens sauce.
Ingredients:
Millet - 1 glass
Water - 2.5 glasses
Cauliflower - 700 gr.
Onions - 2 - 3 pieces.
The vegetable (refined) oil - for frying
Flour (breadcrumbs) - for a breading
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sauce:
Sour cream - 100 gr.
Fresh-salted cucumber - 1 piece.
Garlic - the 3rd tooth.
Fresh greens - to taste
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Preparation:
We wash out millet from dust and garbage. We fill in with water, we cook on slow fire to softness, about 10 - 15 minutes after boiling under a cover.

We fry the onions cut on cubes on previously warmed frying pan with addition of a small amount of vegetable oil till golden color.


Millet cutlets with a cauliflower are fried on the warmed oil on both sides till golden color.



Cutlets turn out juicy at the expense of a cauliflower. I adore adding still sauce with fresh-salted cucumber and garlic.
For preparation of sauce, the cucumber is crushed by a knife on small cubes. Garlic is passed through a press. We crush fresh greens a knife. We place everything in sour cream and it is carefully mixed.
