Potato patties with mushrooms


Ingredients:
Potato - 800 g
Eggs - 2 pieces
Salt pepper to taste
Mushrooms - 300-400 g
Onions - 1 piece
Greens to taste, are better green onions
Breadcrumbs - 9 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
Sour cream for giving
Recipe of preparation:
We put to cook the peeled potatoes. We cut onions, mushrooms and greens as it is possible more small.
On the warmed frying pan we pour oil and we fry onions to softness. Then we add mushrooms. We mix everything and we fry before evaporation of moisture from mushrooms. We salt, we pepper, we switch off fire and we add greens. The stuffing is ready.
When potatoes cook, we merge water and we give will be cooled to a warm state. Then we salt and we add one egg. Tolkushkoy we turn potato into puree. We allow to stand 10 minutes. The turned-out potato weight will be molded very well.
We moisten hands in cold water, we take a part of puree and we mold from it a ball. We flatten out it in flat cake and we put a stuffing tablespoon in the center. We give the form of cutlet.
