? Today we will make unusual buckwheat pancakes. Pancakes from buckwheat flour turn out very gentle and fragrant, is them better with a heat, about a heat. My family likes to eat such pancakes with sour cream and jam. Buckwheat pancakes can be made thin only with addition of wheat flour. The ratio of buckwheat and wheat flour can be the most different, but on my taste 50/50 are the best of all.



Buckwheat flour, it is possible to make houses as I (crush grain in the coffee grinder and sift), and it is possible to buy in shops.
Ingredients:
Milk – 250 ml.
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Buckwheat flour – 2 tablespoons.
Wheat flour – 2 tablespoons.
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 1 tablespoon.


Preparation:
In a bowl we will break eggs, we add sugar, salt, well we mix. We add buckwheat and wheat flour. Well we mix, dough has to turn out without lumps.
We pour in milk, well we mix dough. Right at the end we add vegetable oil. Again we mix and we leave for 15-20 minutes.
Well we warm a frying pan. For the first pancake we will grease a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. We fry pancakes from two parties to a golden crust.
