Tula is the city in which I live.

Hello everything glanced in my post.
I want to tell about the most favourite, best city in which city I was born and I live, it is the nice hero town of Tula!


I precisely know that all who hear the name of the city at once have an association with the Tula gingerbread and a samovar, and with weapon and an accordion. Yes, it, our most recognizable Tula brands and we by right are proud of them.
But my favourite city is nice not only to these. The Tula earth is the Homeland for many famous people. Of course it is the classic of the Russian literature Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy (his manor Yasnaya Polyana is near Tula).


One more famous writer – Veresayev Vikenti Vikentyevich. Also in Tula actors Vsevolod Sanayev and Vladimir Mashkov were born. The singer Talkov Igor Vladimirovich is one more famous inhabitant of Tula.
And even former Minister of Defence Pavel Grachev also my fellow countryman. It is possible to list still long.
I want to show round to you my city in all beauty. Of course in one post it is impossible to show much, but I will try to show the most interesting places.
Except the famous people of Toole of course is famous for the weapon. The Tula small-arms factory was founded by Peter I. Here and a monument to it near the plant.

Samovars in Tula made for a long time, at one time in the city there were more than 50 samovarny factories. Now, as well as in Soviet period, samovars make at the Stamp plant.

Monument to not less famous literary character Levshe.


It is Mogilevsky Square, Mogilev is a sworn brother of Tula. At a background behind a tank the Tula state pedagogical university of L.N. Tolstoy.


It is the fountain in the square and cafe of Belarusian cuisine.


This tool costs near other large university, the Tula polytechnical. This HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION trains future armorers and not only them. Our city really a stronghold of Russia, except small-arms factory is a lot of and other enterprises working for defense industry including confidential productions.


Also we have an excellent Tula academic drama theater.


And restored our Tula Kremlin several years ago, restored Assumption Cathedral, and the most important restored its bell tower which burned down in 1936, now it is very beautiful temple.


When that in the city there was a quite good alcoholic beverage plant, on the plant place, in its cases Likyorka-loft shopping center, very vividly and beautifully now.


It is possible to tell and show a lot, but I am afraid too long post will tire you. I will perhaps continue in the following post. For now I show still L.N. Tolstoy's lodge in Yasnaya Polyana. I live not in the downtown, and in the settlement, but it is all the same city boundaries, from my house yes of Yasnaya Polyana of only 8 km. through the forest and the field, we often go in the summer on foot there, we walk.
