So, I sum up the results of a 8 weeks marathon of symmetry!) Main objectives was:
- to get it together, namely, to adjust a diet,
- not to chuck in trainings,
- to make care of a body regular,
- to decrease though it is a little in volumes))

In principle, on these points I worked, though not to the full extent, of course. But the main thing that food became clean, the size of a stomach decreased at the expense of frequent meal of small portions. I will tell honestly, to adhere to healthy nutrition - it is slightly inconvenient (the correct food has to be always available); it is difficult (it is necessary to prepare various dishes that did not become boring and did not pull on a zapreshchenka); it, eventually, not absolutely comfortably, sometimes reception in 200 gr seemed to me catastrophically a little, happens there is a wish to chuck in all and to eat too much? But! I am stimulated by two such phrases:

"Success begins where the comfort zone comes to an end" and

"There is nothing more tasty, than to feel thin"

I struggle with the sweet dependence. It is hard, but it is necessary. Thanks to a marathon behaved in bridles)) Psychologically already I understand that it is only minute pleasure, and it is possible to do without harmful sweets quite. Besides, the caloric content of such food reads off scale. Especially you understand it when you work an hour at a training. It does not cost that))

I was helped also by the fact that I kept the diary of food. There was a wish that it was very close to an ideal. Weekly reports also discipline and motivate.

Well and, actually, thanks to a marathon began a thicket to look on the website though long time was absent.

In principle, I accept such results though I would increase the number of trainings and made food more strict (having excluded sweets ABSOLUTELY). Because the problem zone, a stomach, yet did not reach an ideal))

Leaving became regular, it pleases because in a complex with healthy nutrition and trainings the condition of skin became much better.

Now the main task - not to relax on New Year's holidays and to adhere also further a diet and trainings.
