About my food and not only... very much I want some spaghetti)))

Having a snack one of listed:
- tangerine
- orange
- apple
- yogurt without additives and without sugar with the frozen berries
- cottage cheese
- handful of nuts almond or walnut


For lunch:
- vegetables salad (there can be tomatoes, cucumbers, greens or ready salads White giving, I told you about them)
I fill with olive oil. I do not salt, I in general am indifferent to salt


- boiled beet through a small grater, slightly salts and sour cream or yogurt. by the way, beet needs to be eaten obyaztelno. It cleans well intestines as well as porridge.

- boiled or braised beef

- buckwheat noodles with vegetables (I think everything know how to prepare, but I will share just in case: chicken slightly I fry on a teflon frying pan, I add the frozen vegetables, they are stewed so minutes 10-15, so that crackled, kind of were on teeth. I add some spice and everything is ready. Separately I boil buckwheat noodles (usually is on sale in department of the Japanese or Chinese cuisine. Varya minutes 3-4. I merge water and I add to vegetables. It is possible still soy sauce and adjika slightly if desired to add. I mix everything, and the tastiness is ready. When giving it is possible to strew with sesame.
- the frozen vegetables soup on chicken broth

Having a snack: at 16:00 or 16:30, sometimes I have even not a bite.
- yogurt or kefir with addition of cinnamon and ground ginger. Sometimes I add bran.
- orange or tangerine.
- to steam of segments of cheese
- children's fruit puree without sugar
Dinner at 18:00 or 18:30.
Sometimes the same that for lunch
sometimes it is just cottage cheese and tea.
In general, I understood that for dinner it is better for me to eat protein. First sytny. Secondly, if I have supper only protein, weight leaves more.
There is such food. Generally. Sometimes I eat bitter chocolate.
During the day I drink much waters as when feeding by a breast getting very thirsty.
As you can see, I do not eat in general bread and pastries, allowed small loafs earlier, now does not pull and there is no wish.
also I do not eat rice (I love, but does not pull so far), I do not eat pasta or spaghetti.
