Composition of extract of green coffee
The effect of extracts of green coffee is reached due to structure in which is:

Effects of extract
There are, at least, two proved effect:
- High blood pressure (hypertension). There are researches (according to the webmd.com portal) which show that people with the high blood pressure who accept extract of green coffee reduced pressure in 28 days of treatment. The recommended dose – 93 mg a day, at most 185 mg a day.
- Weight loss. The dose from 80 to 200 mg a day has the proved effect of small weight loss within 12 weeks of treatment (these are extracts Svetol, Naturex). And there are also medicines from other companies which have the recommended doses from 700 to 1050 mg a day.
The effect for other purposes has only presumable result, it so far:
- Alzheimer's disease.
- Type 2 diabetes.
- Infections.
Side effects of a diet
In general, researches show safety of extract of green coffee in reasonable doses. But there are also side effects and cautions:
- Caffeine in green coffee – the same, as in black. And possible side effects same. It is insomnia, nervousness, concern, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, increase in pulse, sometimes a headache, a ring in ears, irregular heartbeat.
- Intake of extract is contraindicated to pregnant women and the feeding women.
- It is impossible to accept at violations of coagulability of blood.
- At diabetes it is necessary to take with caution, constantly measuring sugar level in blood.
- It is not recommended at diarrhea.
- It is impossible at glaucoma: caffeine increases pressure in an eye, it proceeds in 30 minutes after intake of medicine and not less than 90 minutes last.
- It is not recommended at the high level of cholesterol.
- At osteoporosis intake of extract of green coffee should be limited intake of caffeine of 300 mg a day (about 2-3 glasses of usual coffee a day). At osteoporosis it is necessary to increase intake of calcium.

Recipes with green coffee

Infusion
