Breakfast: 1 cups of corn, 1 glass of skim milk, banana floor.

Lunch: hamburger (instead of white bread – 2 slices of bread from a buckwheat), cauliflower salad, 1 cup of strawberry.
Afternoon snack: one and a half cups of popcorn (without salt and sugar).
Dinner: fried shrimps with gazpacho sauce, a half of baked potatoes, half a glass bean, fried mango.
Day 3.
Breakfast: 1 cups of corn, 1 glass of skim milk, banana floor.
Morning lunch: 1 small apple.
Lunch: The Spanish tortilla with 1 unsalted corn flat cake, a half-glass of salad from cabbage, 1 glass of skim milk.
Afternoon snack: 1 average nectarine.
Dinner: chicken with green olives and prunes, half a cup of brown rice, 3 inflorescences of broccoli, 120 g of the fat-free vanilla yogurt.
Day 4.
Breakfast: 1 cups of bezglyutenovy porridge, 1 glass of skim milk, half cup of grapefruit.
Morning lunch: 1 teaspoons of peanut butter, 1 slice of rice bread.
Lunch: chicken with spices in lettuce leaves, 1 corn flat cake, half a cup of a papaya.
Afternoon snack: 30 g of the fat-free cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.
Dinner: an asparagus with a lemon and Chile, the crackling Chinese cabbage – chopped in salad, half a cup of brown rice, half a cup of blackberry.
Day 5.
Breakfast: fried eggs from 1 egg, 1 slice of soy bread, 1 cup of skim milk.
Morning lunch: 1 small banana.
Lunch: smoked salmon salad, 120 g of the fat-free vanilla yogurt, 1 slice of buckwheat bread.
Afternoon snack: 1 apricot.
Dinner: half a glass of carrot on couple, 1 cup of rice noodles, beef, 1 cup of strawberry.
