Competition 3 in 1. Fish cutlets for my hero

Yesterday cooked fish cutlets.
Here I want to share with you retseptiky. I cannot specify only exact amount of ingredients since usually I prepare "by eye".

1. At first we should prepare fish. It is the most difficult and opposite part in preparation, Paragraph of the Part I do not like to separate fish from bones and skin.
But it is possible to take also ready fillet.
I had 4 small pelengasik.

2. From fileshka it is necessary to make forcemeat, such, as usual on cutlets, i.e. with addition of the soaked roll, eggs, onions, salt and pepper.
Here I still added the carrots rubbed on a small grater and greens (spinach and parsley).


3. To include an oven by 180 degrees. For now it is heated, we form cutlets and we spread them on a baking sheet.
I closed it previously food paper and oiled it vegetable. By the way, too it is better to grease hands with it that cutlets were well molded and forcemeat did not stick to fingers.


4. It is necessary to bake about half an hour. Then it is necessary to switch an oven to the top ring that cutlets were reddened.
On it at me left even minutes 10. But you can regulate on the oven.
Here such ruddy and appetizing cutlets turned out.
