Fir-tree salad

Hi everyone!
Already several years for New year I had a tradition to cook new salad.
I on NG do not do for a long time Russian salad, a fur coat.
This time floating around the Internet found the new recipe which interested me.
Prepared, it was pleasant.
Here decided to share the recipe with you.
Still holidays are ahead.

It is required:
- chicken fillet smoked – 280 g (but it will seems to me with boiled fillet more tasty. But it on my taste.)
- carrots in Korean – 180 g
- hard cheese – 120 g
- egg – 5 pieces.
- a kiwi - 300 g
- mayonnaise – 150 g
- salt to taste

I wrote you recipe proportions. But I, of course, weighed nothing, prepared "approximately".

To cut with fillet with pieces. To lay out it on a dish in the form of a fir-tree.

From above to lay out a layer of the grated protein. To grease with mayonnaise.

The following layer – the Korean carrot + a network from mayonnaise.

From above the rubbed egg yolk + a network from mayonnaise

From above a layer of polished cheese + a network from mayonnaise.
Layers, I think, it is possible to interchange the position.

On lateral faces of salad to lay out kiwi circles. From above to decorate salad with kiwi halves.

It is possible to cover with a film and to put to infuse in the refrigerator.
When giving it is possible to decorate, for example, with an asterisk from carrot or cheese.
