Action "Stroyney together". The first task.

As you remember, the start of our action was planned for today. However for a number of reasons I suggest to delay it till Saturday. And from now on to be engaged in preparation for a postroyneniye: to plan the menu, the mode of trainings, procedures for care of a body.
Process of a postroyneniye will be long - it will end on April 15. During this time without fanaticism it is possible to dump from 10 to 12 kg.
So, in comments on this post I ask participants of an action:
- to be defined how many kilograms or centimeters you want to dump. Or to formulate that you want to make with the figure for these 13 weeks,
- to designate motivation: for what you do it,
- to think over the plan of food for the period of a postroyneniye,
- to note what physical loadings you choose on the near future.
Sample:
On January 9 Tanistaya, 88 kg,
On April 15 my weight - 78 kg.
I stroyneyu to get rid of the problems connected with health and to wear clothes no more 48th size.
Food: an anti-cholesteric diet (I have the raised cholesterol) - I exclude fried, fat. I minimize farinaceous food. As sweet I eat dried fruits (gradually, of course). I import into a diet more vegetables and fruit (not less than three portions a day).
Physical loadings: at first walking daily until my weight becomes lower than 80 kg. Plus the hidden gymnastics in operating time, daily charging.
Care of a body: self-massage of problem zones every other day, once a week bath.
But there is more to come! Here to you the first task:
1. To begin to drink more clear water. Ideally it is necessary to drink not less than 1.5-2 liters. But as it is difficult for much to get used to it, begin with a glass, two, three, etc.
2. We reduce portions! We eat everything, but in smaller sizes.
3. We begin to move! Gradually-gradually, we stretch, we wave a hand, legs, we carry out inclinations. We prepare for the real physical activities!
