I carry out promised long ago - I write a post about how I changed the breast. In January of last year I undertook the body because it demanded one: weight loss. General comment: when performing these exercises I accurately watch that muscles of a breast and under a breast received full-fledged loading.

General note: if to do these exercises with weighting (dumbbells), then it is possible to increase a breast. The way is difficult, but it is possible to oslilit.

From my year experience I can draw only one conclusion: the beautiful breast is not the myth, it is reality. But this reality demands methodical and very serious work. I want to move in this direction further and to reduce the size a little more. I will be glad if my experience helps someone to begin to work on a shape of the breast. Of course, it is possible to find much more exercises for a breast in the Internet or special literature. Same level, for example.
