Beauty of legs---my complex of leaving.

My leaving does not depend on season. It is practically always identical:
pedicure, depilation, moistening, massage and sport.
And I am helped with it here by such means:

soap, srub, pumice piece, oil and creams, massager, epilator, razor and bast.

First of all,---a pumice bar for processing of rough skin of feet. I do not use anything else though I, probably, could... But it is convenient to me with pumice. I change them, in process of wear or pollution. It is available and budgetary option. And absolutely natural is a stone, volcanic origin. At utilization, does not pollute the environment.

For washing in soul I like to use handmade soap, on the basis of glycerin and soft surfactants.
The pleasant fragrance promotes maintenance of vigorous mood too.)))
Such soap does not dry skin! And it is great advantage.

Once a week I use a body scrub, own preparation.
For this purpose I fill in salt and brown sugar with vegetable oil, I add air and ground porridge.
I do massage by circular motions from below up. Then I wash away water.
Skin smooth also does not need drawing a milk for a body.

Daily during acceptance of a shower, I use here such natural bast made of a special grade of a vegetable marrow of Luffa.


This annual plant, distant relative of a cucumber. Grows to a half a meter in length.
And when ripens, dries,---it is peeled, take out seeds and dried in the open air.
The natural bast which is used from antiquity turns out.
By it it is possible to do as dry massage, and during washing of a body.

I choose the small size a bast which
it is stitched with terry fabric, in the form of a mitten. It is very convenient to use it.
Works as the natural ex-volume, deleting dead cages from the surface of skin, at the same time amplifies blood circulation in skin.

Uvlazheniye of feet it is very important for me! If I do not apply foot cream, skin grows coarse, feelings not pleasant.
But with cream I receive soft, elastic skin on feet from Cera Ve. There are no cracks, peelings and other troubles.
Composition of cream not absolutely natural, but me are important: emolenta, salicylic acid and tseramida.
Cream quite dense, has no fragrance. Holds moisture perfectly well!

Milk for a body uvlazheniye now at me from the Greek Fresh line brand. It is bought recently, but was already at the best. Perfectly moisturizes the skin of a body and legs, in particular. Does not leave a film on a surface, not sticky, not dense. On the contrary, very easy on texture.
The aroma is available, is a mix of plum and raspberry.
The structure is the most usual. But here proportions and texture are important.

Oil for massage...
With aroma of a rose!!! It too my recent acquisition with which I am very happy.
In a bottle mix of oils with rose air.
Really, perfectly is suitable for massage of problem zones.

And I carry out massage serially---oil, cream from Synchroline. Cream is declared as anti-cellulite. It is well absorbed, does not leave a film, it is not felt on the surface of skin. Has a fragrance which quickly disappears.




I do massage of problem zones in turn---one leg, then another. Before skin reddening.
My faithful assistant---the massager from Oriflame. It was bought long ago... After I spoiled previous, same. Even I do not know whether it is on sale still... Or released that - that brand new...
But me it is the massager arranges for all hundred percent! It is moderately rigid, strong, it is convenient to them to use, does not slip out a hand.
Also, easily washes and dries.



I walk depilation of undesirable hair itself, by means of an epilator from a brand of Braun.
To this epilator it is a lot of years that I forgot already when it was bought... Now epilators more modern, probably. But I do not pursue novelties---while this works, new I will not buy. It is the second epilator from Braun in my life. When the first suddenly ceased to work, I bought similar. And again BraUn. I do not remember any more how many it cost... And it is not important! For many years it steadily serves me in the winter and in the summer.))) It is the best assistant.
The epilation does not bring me discomfort or pain for a long time. Skin gets used over time. Hair grow as well as grew... It is the myth that they become thinner and more rare.
But the epilator has some advantages before wax tapes---it is not necessary to prepare anything, to heat, smear and pull skin extensively. The epilator slightly rustles, but this noise disturbs nobody. With its help I quickly enough depilate from both legs. The effect of smooth skin occurs next day (there passes the irritation and redness). Also lasts long enough...
It is possible to show surely the legs on the beach or on walk in the park, having put on shorts or a mini-skirt.
The procedure can be repeated at any time! And to remove hairs 0.5 cm long. The epilator will not take shorter.
One more advantage of an epilator before wax---it is possible to adopt any water procedures on the termination of an epilation at once. And after wax it is impossible to wet skin.
The razor---too my faithful assistant. Those days, when there is no an opportunity to carry out an epilation by an electroepilator and also for a zone of armpits, the razor very much helps out me.
Minus such epilation---rapid growth of hair and need of frequent repetition.
When I had no electroepilator, I used the razor daily. It is quite troublesome and harms skin.
Now there were new technologies of removal of hair on a body---the laser and a photoepilation.
I did not try any of these ways. Would like? I do not know.
Is more habitual to me as I am able. Also I do it many years.
