dinner - 125 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 cucumbers.
Tuesday
lunch - 1/4 chickens, 2 cucumbers;
dinner - 125 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 l of milk.
Wednesday
lunch - 100 grams of cheese, 1 orange or apple;
dinner - 200 grams of salad, 2 eggs.
Thursday
lunch - 1/4 chickens, 2 cucumbers;
dinner - 200 grams of salad, 1 egg, 50 grams of boiled sausage without fat.
Friday
lunch - 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 orange or apple;
dinner - 100 grams of sausage, 1 egg, 1 bunch of a radish or 1 tomato.
Saturday
lunch - 1 glass of curdled milk, 2 apple or orange;
dinner - 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 glass of milk.
Sunday
lunch - 100 grams of sausage, 1 cucumber;
dinner - 100 grams of cheese, 1 bunch of a radish.
Consumption of the liquid which is not containing calorie is not limited.
