The sparing diet
This diet is very useful to an organism as it contains all necessary components of healthy food and allows to lose extra kilos. It is possible to use it a long time, but nutritionists advise not to be fond, and to eat according to instructions of a diet about seven days.The first breakfast: a glass of unsweetened tea or a cup of black coffee without sugar.
The second breakfast: 40 g of cheese.
Lunch: the hard-boiled egg, 120 g of low-fat meat, is better boiled or steamed, 20 g of cheese.
Afternoon snack: glass of unsweetened tea.
Dinner: 120 g of boiled meat, small cut vegetables with vegetable oil.
Before going to bed to drink a glass of broth of mint.
