The diet of the French nutritionist and psychotherapist Madeleine Zhestan promotes clarification of an organism. Diet duration - 2 days a month, but are possible its more frequent or rare application depending on the state of health and the desirable purposes.Madeleine Zhestan is sure that the diet should not be rigid: to hunger, according to her, very harmfully. She allows to use in the mode of maintenance of optimum weight honey, chocolate, dried fruits, jam, nuts in reasonable quantities from time to time. At the same time honey by all means has to be present, chocolate - bitter, jam - prepared only from selected and ripe fruit and berries.
It is admissible to eat 125 g of dark chocolate a week. The same concerns also some dried fruits - dried apricots and prunes (several pieces a week). At the same time it is necessary to chew them as it is possible more slowly - it allows to dull feeling of hunger and to improve digestion of sugars.
During a diet it is necessary to lie as much as possible because the organism makes the hard work: it is impossible to distract it additional loading. The horizontal position promotes removal of toxins, a natural drainage of fabrics, improves blood circulation and reduces pressure upon stomach walls.
The recommended products: low-fat chicken meat or fish, low-fat milk, kefir, yogurt, vegetables and greens (carrots, tomatoes, onions), fruit (orange, grapefruit), honey, cocoa, dried fruits, lemon juice, still mineral water, olive oil, mustard.
The approximate menu for one day:
In the morning before getting up, it is necessary to drink water half of liter.
Breakfast - to prepare and drink drink from a glass of milk, h a spoon of honey and h a spoon of powder of cocoa. (Milk is a source of calcium and proteins, chocolate - magnesium, honey - energy and minerals). In 15 minutes prior to or after drink it is necessary to eat orange or grapefruit.

For dinner drink small drinks the cleaning broth made according to the following recipe. On 1.5 l of water take 1 kg of leek (removes slags), 500 g of carrots (vitamin A), 500 g of tomatoes (potassium), several seeds of caraway seeds (removes slags). You cook broth of 20 minutes, filter, without adding salt. At first it is necessary to drink three cups of broth with an interval of 10 minutes, then to eat vegetables from broth, having seasoned them with olive oil and mustard.
For the night eat a glass of yogurt with h a honey spoon (calcium is better acquired at night).
