Classical diet
The diet is appointed at obesity with the purpose to improve a metabolism for reduction of excess deposits of fat. The diet provides decrease in caloric content of a diet due to limited consumption of sugars which are usually quickly acquired and pass in an organism into fat.In a diet the amount of fats of animal origin decreases and the share of vegetable oils which intensify processes of consumption of fat in an organism raises up to 50%. Food has to contain many neusvoyaemy carbohydrates (celluloses, hemicelluloses) to provide feeling of saturation. The products and dishes stimulating appetite are excluded from a diet. The diet provides restriction of salt and liquid. Food is cooked, using generally cooking, a pripuskaniye, suppression, is more rare - roasting.
The recommended products and dishes.
Bread and flour products. Bread black, wheat and flour products with bran. The amount of bread is limited to 150 g a day. If body weight does not decrease, then consumption of bread is reduced further.
Soups. Mainly vegetarian vegetable, fruit of unsweetened fruits and berries with xylitol; 2 — 3 times a week vegetable on weak broths. Norm of soup of 250 g a day.
Dishes and garnishes from vegetables. The boiled and stewed, baked vegetables dishes (cabbage white and color, vegetable marrows, pumpkin, turnip, tomatoes, eggplants). Potatoes, beet, carrots, swede, green peas dishes in limited quantity (no more than 200 g a day). Limit salty and marinated vegetables.
Dishes and garnishes from grain and pasta. It is possible to use porridges, boiled pasta, baked puddings, puddings with addition of vegetables and fruits, but in limited quantity due to reduction of bread. From grain it is expedient to use buckwheat and oat.
Meat, bird, rabbit, seafood dishes. Boiled a piece with the subsequent suppression, roasting or frying. Boiled language, liver restrictedly.
Eggs. 1 — 2 pieces in hard-boiled day, proteinaceous omelets.
Milk, dairy products and dishes from them. Milk and fermented milk products; cottage cheese semifat and dishes from it. Sour cream restrictedly in dishes.
Cold dishes and snack. Vinaigrettes, fresh and fermented vegetables salads, caviar vegetable, seafood salads, meat, the jellied fish, a herring soaked cow-heel.
Fruits. Berries, jelly, mousses, compotes.
Sauces and spices. On weak vegetable broths, weak broths; fennel, parsley, vanillin, cinnamon.
Drinks and juice. Tea, coffee black and with milk, juice from vegetables, low-sweet fruits and berries, dogrose broth.
Are excluded from the use of a product from fancy and puff pastry; strong broths, milk semolina, rice, pasta soups; soups potato, krupyany with pasta; cream, salty cheeses, salty and marinated vegetables, grapes, raisin, bananas, fig, dates, sweet juice.
