Dutch diet
The diet is calculated for 7 days.Monday
Breakfast:
1 glasses of fruit cocktail, 1 cracker with smoked meat, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 piece of pie for breakfast (cake), 1 fruit.
Lunch:
2 sandwiches with a piece a grill ham, 1 spoon of fried eggs + a tomato and onions, 1 cup of semifat milk.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of broth.
Dinner:
100 g of the beefsteak made on a grill, an asparagus, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes.
Before going to bed: fruit, 1 easy yogurt from 2 tablespoons of fruit cocktail, 2 cups of coffee, lemonade without sugar.
Tuesday
Breakfast:
1 sandwich, 1 piece of cheese 20 gr, 1 krakot meat or sausage, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit.
Lunch:
1 guns bread, processed cheese, kiwi pieces, 1 cup of dairy drink or milk.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 glass of broth.
Dinner:
hot food - 1 beef cutlet 90 gr with ham and cheese, 2 small potatoes.
Before going to bed: 1 plate of easy vanilla Fly, 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.
Wednesday
Breakfast:
1 easy yogurt + 2 tablespoons of muesli, 1 glass of orange juice, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 slice of cake, 1 fruit.
Lunch:
2 sandwiches, fillet American with onions kornbif, 1 cup karnemelek.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of broth.
Dinner:
fillet of a turkey.
Before going to bed: 1 flat dishes of easy fruit yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.
Thursday
Breakfast:
2 sandwiches, strudel, 1 krakot, 20 gr processed cheese, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 biscuit, 1 fruit.
Lunch:
2 smoked ham sandwiches, cucumber, tomato, bislok, 1 cup of semifat milk.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of broth.
Dinner:
the French cutlet (mutton with garlic, red wine, pepper, olive oil, cream-fresh, fried 3 minutes from 2 parties in a saucepan) with broccoli or mashed potatoes,
Before going to bed: 1 glass of yogurt and vanilla Fly, 2 cups of coffee, 1 fruit, lemonade.
Friday
Breakfast:
1 glasses of cottage cheese, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:

Before going to bed: 1 plateau of easy yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, lemonade, fruit.
Saturday
Breakfast:
1 sandwich, sausage + processed cheese, 2 slices of roast beef, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, biscuit, fruit.
Lunch:
2 sandwiches, Tatars of 100 g (crude sausage), onions, egg, 1 cup of semifat milk.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of broth.
Dinner:
1 cup of tomato soup, 1 stokbrod, 30 gr beef, 1 bulb, 3 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, a muscat, 4 slices of thin cheese, stokbrod with cutlet - to fry 10 min. in an oven; 1 glass of semifat milk.
Before going to bed: 1 glass of easy yogurt with small cut apple and cinnamon, 2 cups of coffee, 1 glass of Sherry or wine, lemonade, 2 pieces of sausage with cheese poturen.
Sunday
Breakfast:
1 fried eggs and tomato sandwiches roasted in a roaster, 1 glass of orange juice, 2 cups of tea.
The 2nd breakfast:
2 cups of coffee, 1 apple cookies, 1 fruit.
Lunch:
2 sandwiches with sausage (ham) and asparagus and sauce from yogurt and ketchup, 1 glass karnemelk.
Afternoon snack:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of broth.
Dinner:
