3) At supper adhere to the principles of separate food. Before going to bed surely drink a glass of kefir (1% fat content).

Thursday (fish day)

Friday
1) A breakfast - three full tablespoons of oat flakes, a half-glass of yogurt, kefir or milk, grated apple, the mashed banana and small cut kiwi. It is possible to add a raisin handful.
2) The lunch and a dinner can be made nourishing. But after the last meal do not forget to drink lemon juice or a glass of water with addition 1.5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Saturday

Sunday (fasting day)
Eat only apples and kefir or apples and tea with milk.
