Warm diet

The diet is fine means for prevention of cardiovascular diseases and is applied as means of decrease in load of heart, reduction of level of cholesterol and salts of sodium in blood. Nevertheless, this diet does not belong to medical, though relies in general on the same principles. It is designed for the healthy, but leading the wrong life people. Its main objective — to reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases in the future. Including through decrease in the excess weight which is one of risk factors.

For achievement of necessary result it is recommended to limit monthly within a week itself in the use of some products, salt and sugar. It is forbidden to eat fried products, it is better to boil them or to bake. Duration of a warm diet of 1 — 2 week.

The forbidden products and dishes: fat meat, fish; meat products with a large amount of salt (bacon, ham, sausages, canned meat, smoked products); smoked and salty fish, fish sticks, fish canned food; soups, instant second courses, cubes; tinned sauces, marinated vegetables, mayonnaise; margarine and cheese; chips, nutlets and croutons with salt; fat whole milk, sour cream, creams; fancy pastry, confectionery with a large number of sugar; hard alcoholic drinks, beer; lemonades, stakes and other carbonated drinks (except for mineral water).

The recommended products: fast meat, light meat of a chicken, low-fat fish (the navaga is especially recommended); skim milk and dairy products; any fresh vegetables and fruit and also dried fruits; nuts and sunflower seeds; rye or whole-grain bread and bread with bran; fruit and vegetable juice, berry fruit drinks, dogrose broth; sugar substitutes (aspartame, saccharin, sorbitol) in small amounts.

Approximate menu

The 1st day
Breakfast: corn porridge on milk with pieces of fruit and seeds of sunflower and sesame, orange juice (1 glass).
Lunch: fresh vegetables rye crackers soup.
Dinner: chicken baked pudding with not polished rice and green steam vegetables.
For the night: dogrose broth (1 glass).

The 2nd day
Breakfast: a toast with jam, herbal tea with honey.
Lunch: sandwich with chicken salad, prepared without skin, on whole-grain bread.
Dinner: a boiled trout with steam vegetables and potatoes cooked in a uniform.
For the night: fermented baked milk (1 glass).

The 3rd day
Breakfast: fresh fruit low-fat natural yogurt salad.
Lunch: chicken corn and cabbage olive oil salad.
Dinner: pasta with tomato sauce and seeds of sesame.
For the night: dogrose broth (1 glass).

The 4th day
Breakfast: muesli without sugar with low-fat natural yogurt.
Lunch: sardines on a toast from bread with bran, fruit juice (1 glass).
Dinner: stewed chicken with crude vegetables.
For the night: herbal tea (1 glass).

The 5th day
Breakfast: dried fruits compote (1 glass), sheep cheese piece.
Lunch: vegetable cutlet with mashed potatoes, vegetable juice (1 glass).
Dinner: baked a crash, strewed with greens with fresh tomatoes.
For the night: yogurt (1 glass).

The 6th day
Breakfast: porridge on milk with raisin, nuts and dried apricots.
Lunch: lentil salad with germinated seeds of wheat with olive oil, toast with cheese.
Dinner: noodles with low-fat sour cream sauce and mushrooms.
For the night: kefir (1 glass).

The 7th day
Breakfast: a toast with cottage cheese and fresh fruit.
Lunch: potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese, a tuna and sweet corn with a garnish from salad.
Dinner: haricot casserole with vegetables.
For the night: dogrose broth (1 glass).
