Cleaning diet
Purpose of this week cleaning diet - cleaning of an organism of toxins, stimulation of work of intestines, vitaminization, weight reduction. The diet contains all necessary vitamins, minerals and is rich with cellulose. Indigestible fibers stimulate digestion, intensify combustion of fats, clean an organism from harmful products of a metabolism. At this diet sugar level in blood is stabilized.Within a week it is necessary to drink not less than 2 l of liquid a day. For the night it is necessary to drink a glass of any fermented milk product (kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk).
The forbidden products: fat meat and meat products, smoked products; white loaf and confectionery; pasta and grain (except oat); fat whole milk, cottage cheese, yogurts with additives; sugar and sweets; alcohol.
The recommended products: fast meat, chicken; fish; any vegetables and fruit; grits; low-fat milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese; grain bread and from coarse flour; vegetable oil (corn, olive, sunflower); sweeteners.
The approximate menu for a week.
The 1st day
Breakfast: the half of grapefruit strewed with cinnamon, a cheese piece, rye small loaf, tea with sweetener.
Lunch: vegetables cream soup, boiled chicken breast (100 g), the germinated wheat and carrots salad filled with corn oil with sesame sunflower seeds, a glass of plum juice.
Afternoon snack: the shaken-up fruit cream from the frozen fruit (70 g), a glass of natural yogurt with 1 h a honey spoon.
Dinner: the porridge cooked on skim milk with dried or fresh fruit, kefir (1 glass).
The 2nd day
Breakfast: fruit cream (a kiwi, banana, raspberry) with natural yogurt, roll from coarse flour.
Lunch: weak beef broth with cracker, the salad (avocado, tomato, a cucumber, lettuce leaves with lemon juice and olive oil) stuffed with vegetables pepper, a fresh peach.
Afternoon snack: herbal tea (1 glass), rye small loaf.
Dinner: fish baked pudding (100 g), boiled potatoes in a uniform, boiled vegetable marrows with olive oil (100 g), rye small loaf, tea with sweetener.
The 3rd day
Breakfast: strawberry with sweetener (100 g), small loafs with bran (2 pieces), fresh orange juice.
Lunch: chicken broth with rye small loaf, 2 — 3 boiled potatoes stuffed with a tuna, cottage cheese and sweet corn, 2 fresh tomatoes, 5 — 6 fresh plums.
Afternoon snack: fresh fruit puree with natural yogurt.
Dinner: boiled chicken meat (100 g), boiled brown rice (50 g), fresh vegetables salad, glass of warm milk.
The 4th day
Breakfast: muesli (30 g) with skim milk, fresh fruit, coffee with sweetener.
Lunch: cream soup from an asparagus, chicken cutlet, cabbage and fresh cucumber vegetable oil and lemon juice salad, apple juice (1 glass).
Afternoon snack: sheep cheese (50 g) with fresh fruit salad.
Dinner: corn porridge with honey and seeds of sesame, a cheese piece, curdled milk (1 glass).
The 5th day
Breakfast: the pear, apple, banana salad filled with yogurt, small loaf with bran, coffee with milk.
Lunch: vegetable stew from vegetable marrows, a cauliflower, tomatoes with parsley greens, roll from coarse flour, strawberry with skim milk.
Afternoon snack: sandwich from whole-grain bread with salad and pieces avocado, orange juice (1 glass).
Dinner: 2 — 3 baked apples with natural yogurt, a sheep cheese piece, rye small loaf, tea with sweetener.
The 6th day
Breakfast: the toast with the baked tomatoes and sheep cheese strewed with a celery or parsley, tea with honey.
Lunch: fish vegetables soup, rye small loaf, stewed beef liver (100 g) with a garnish from boiled beet, tomato juice (1 glass).
Afternoon snack: muesli without sugar with low-fat natural yogurt.
Dinner: stewed liver (150 g), boiled potatoes (2 pieces), 2 tomatoes, tomato juice (1 glass).
The 7th day
Breakfast: a piece of fast gammon, tomato, pineapple (100 g), roll from coarse flour, warm milk (1 glass).
Lunch: lenten vegetable soup with the fat-free sour cream, roll from coarse flour, stewed fish (100 g), a garnish from boiled haricot and lettuce leaves, 2 apples.
Afternoon snack: a glass of fruit juice with rye small loaf.
Dinner: a boiled salmon (150 g), fresh cabbage and olives lemon juice salad, roll from coarse flour, a kiwi, tea with sweetener.
