Radical diet
All specified products need to be divided into 4 meals - a breakfast (8-9 hours), a lunch (12-13 hours), an afternoon snack (15-16 hours) and a dinner (no later than 18 hours).During the whole time of observance of a diet it is possible to drink only simple or mineral water.
The first week
Monday: 3 eggs or 5 potatoes of the average sizes.
Tuesday: 100 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream, 200-250 ml of kefir or curdled milk.
Wednesday: 2 small apples, 0.5 l of kefir, 1 l of fruit juice.
Thursday: 400 g of boiled beef or chicken meat, unsweetened tea.
Friday: 0.5 kg of apples or pears.
Saturday: 300 ml of kefir or curdled milk, 3 boiled potatoes.
Sunday: 0.5 l of kefir.
The second week
Monday: 200 g of boiled meat of beef, 1 egg, 2 small tomatoes.
Tuesday: 2 apples, 100 g of boiled beef, tomatoes and cucumbers vegetable oil salad.
Wednesday: 100 g of boiled meat of beef, 70 g of rye bread, 2 apples.
Thursday: 2 eggs, 100 g of boiled beef, 150 g of rye bread.
Friday: 3 boiled potatoes, apples (no more than 700 g), 0.5 l of kefir.
Saturday: 300 g of boiled chicken meat, 2 cucumbers of average size, 2 eggs, unsweetened tea.
Sunday: 4 boiled potatoes, 2 apples.
