Polish diet

The Polish diet is rather various, includes many vegetables and fruit, and, above all, is not followed by emergence of feeling of constant hunger. In the winter and in the spring when fresh vegetables and fruit are not enough, it is possible to include sauerkraut, tinned vegetables and fruit, juice in the Polish diet.

In day it is allowed to use no more than three-four glasses of liquid (taking into account first courses, compote, coffee, tea).

Menu A and menu B needs to be alternated every other day for a month by which end loss of weight will become maximum.

The first week

Menu A
Breakfast: a glass of warm milk with a honey teaspoon, stale roll.
The 2nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 pieces of black bread with a thin layer of butter, leaves of salad or other greens.
Lunch: vegetable soup, piece of fast beef (100 g), 2-3 potatoes, fruit sugar and lemon juice salad.
Afternoon snack: 2 tomatoes or glass of tomato juice, crouton.
Dinner: a glass of the fat-free kefir, 2 pieces of black bread with a thin layer of butter strewed with parsley.

Menu B
Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, a piece of the black bread strewed with parsley.
The 2nd breakfast: a glass of kefir, stale bread, slightly salted radish.
Lunch: broth, boiled fish (100 g), 2-3 potatoes strewed with parsley, a green salad.
Afternoon snack: fruit or fruit juice (1 glass), biscuit or cookies.
Dinner: a glass of milk, 2 pieces of bread with honey.

The second week

Menu A
Breakfast: glass of fruit or vegetable juice, one crouton.
The 2nd breakfast: the piece of black bread, is a little oil and sheep cheese (cheese), a glass of tea without sugar.
Lunch: lenten soup, meat cutlet, carrots salad, kissel.
Afternoon snack: fruit, cookies.
Dinner: a glass of kefir, stale bread with jam.

Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of tea with milk, a piece of black bread with honey.
The 2nd breakfast: 2 pieces of black bread with meat (100 g), 2 tomatoes, a glass of tea without sugar.
Lunch: borsch, boiled fish (100 g), 2 potatoes, green salad.
Afternoon snack: kefir, crouton.
Dinner: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 pieces of low-fat cheese, a garden radish.

The third week

Menu A
Breakfast: a cup of coffee, a piece of black bread with honey.
The 2nd breakfast: kefir, piece of black bread and butter, soft-boiled egg, garden radish.
Lunch: mushroom soup, beefsteak or cutlet, vegetable salad, glass of juice.
Afternoon snack: fruit, crouton.
Dinner: glass of milk, stale roll, cottage cheese (100 g).

Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of milk with honey, crouton.
The 2nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 pieces of bread with fast sausage (50 g), 2 tomatoes.
Lunch: broth, stewed mushrooms or vegetables, 2 baked apples.
Afternoon snack: fruit, biscuit.
Dinner: a glass of tea without sugar, a piece of bread with fish (100 g), apple.

The fourth week

Menu A
Breakfast: a cup of tea, crouton with honey.
The 2nd breakfast: 2 pieces of black bread and butter and low-fat cheese (50 g), 2 apples.
Lunch: broth, chicken (200 g) with vegetables, 2 spoons of mashed potatoes, a green salad, kissel.
Afternoon snack: carrot juice, biscuit.
Dinner: glass of the fat-free kefir, cookies.

Menu B
Breakfast: a glass of milk, rye bread with oil.
The 2nd breakfast: soft-boiled egg, bread, oil (20 g), tea, apple.
Lunch: a cup of low-fat broth, haricot with a tomato, two boiled potatoes with parsley greens, apple.
Afternoon snack: kefir, crouton.
Dinner: garden radish, 2 paste sandwiches
