The mixed diet
The mixed diet is calculated for 20 days and based on alternation of proteinaceous and vegetable products. Loss of weight at observance of this diet is from 5 to 7 kilograms.The diet from two hungry days begins. These days it is only allowed to drink 1 l of milk, 1 glass of tomato juice and to eat 2 pieces of black bread. After that it is necessary to pass to alternation couples proteinaceous and couples of fruit and vegetable days.
2 days of proteinaceous
Breakfast: a half of a teaspoon of sunflower oil, a cup of coffee with milk, a piece of black bread.
Lunch: a cup of meat or fish broth, a piece of meat (fish) boiled, a peas tablespoon (it is possible preserved), a piece of black bread.
Afternoon snack: a glass of milk or tea with honey.
Dinner: a piece of boiled meat (fish), either 2 pieces of ham, or 2 boiled eggs, or 50 g of cheese, or a glass of kefir with black bread.
2 days of fruit and vegetable
Breakfast: 2 apple or orange.
Lunch: the vegetable soup filled with vegetable oil, a piece of black bread, salad or vinaigrette (either stewed cabbage, or carrot cutlets, or vegetable stew without potatoes on vegetable oil).
Afternoon snack: fruit.
Dinner: salad (vinaigrette), piece of black bread, glass of tea with honey.
