Indian diet
The Indian diet assumes the daily use of the following products:1) two-three fruit (crude or dried at meal time and also before and after);
2) the crude vegetables seasoned with sauce on the basis of natural yogurt, 20 percent cottage cheese, seaweed with soy;
3) the boiled vegetables made in the pressure cooker (vitamins and minerals so remain), at least for lunch or a dinner. Do not forget about soups - hot or cold;
4) cereals dishes. Do not abuse ready-made products from cereals (bread, rice, pasta);
5) three dairy products: semi-fat-free curdled milk, natural yogurt, cottage cheese;
6) nuts (almonds, hazelnut, filbert, sunflower sunflower seeds, sesame).
Approximate menu per day
Breakfast: juice from fresh fruit or vegetables, tea (with a segment of a lemon or with milk, but without sugar), cereals with a cup of skim milk.
Lunch: cucumbers yogurt sauce salad and several seeds of sesame, a plate of rice with lentil (three parts of rice on one part of lentil) and with boiled carrots or a plate of semolina porridge with beans and vegetables or a portion of 20 percent cottage cheese and fresh fruit salad.
Dinner: salad from sprouts of soy, tomatoes and mushrooms + vegetable baked pudding with a slice of rural bread or two eggs cooked in a sack with spinach and a slice of a toast or a soy stake with vegetable cutlet + natural yogurt and apples compote.
