Loss in weight has to be 4-6 kg in a week. The diet is calculated for 7 days.Breakfasts (choose one of the offered options):
a) 30 g of flakes with milk;
b) one toast from bread with bran, the baked tomatoes, one tablespoon of cottage cheese;
c) banana sandwich: two slices of bread from coarse flour, slices of one banana, a honey teaspoon, one tablespoon of natural yogurt or soft cheese;
d) the toast from bread with bran smeared with margarine, one soft-boiled egg, a half-glass of orange juice.

Lunches (choose one of the offered options):
a) a large portion of salad, apple or orange, sandwich with one of the following fillers: 50 g of cold chicken (without skin), one teaspoon of marinated pickles; 25 g of grated edam cheese, one tablespoon of low-calorie mayonnaise; 75 g of cottage cheese, small cut green onions and a cucumber;
b) 200 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform, a large portion of the mixed salad, a glass of dietary yogurt, 125 g of boiled haricot or 25 g of grated edam cheese.

Dinners (choose one of the offered options):
a) any ready low-calorie dish, a large portion of the mixed salad from unlimited set;
b) 150 g of chicken or a turkey, a little liquid gravy, 75 g of fried potatoes or 125 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform, vegetables from unlimited set;
c) 75 g of spaghetti with sauce from tinned tomatoes and 75 g of shrimps or from 100 g of boiled chicken mixed with a small amount of chicken soup or from 75 g of the planed low-fat ham mixed with a glass of yogurt and seasonings; vegetable or fruit salad.

Desserts (choose one of options):
a) two glasses of dry wine, peach slices;
b) nectarines with soft fruit cheese, two big dry biscuits.
