Grapefruit diet
This diet on average removes 3-4 kg a week, pretty vitamin, but not cheap (because of the cost of grapefruits).The main rule one - is not after seven in the evening.
1 day
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice from it without sugar, 2 pieces of ham is powerful on 25 g (without white fatty bordering), coffee or tea without sugar.

Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, boiled egg, tea with a lemon.
Lunch: grapefruit + big carrots or green vegetables salad (a cucumber, pepper, a celery, lettuce leaves, broccoli, etc.) with lemon and olive gas station + a piece of bread or a toast.
Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables - cabbage, beet, carrots, a celery, a vegetable marrow, except potatoes and corn (no more than 400 g). Tea. For the night a glass of grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit.
5 day
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with a lemon.
Lunch: baked big potato with cabbage salad or any green vegetables (200 g).
Dinner: beef stake (200 g) or chicken (250 g) or fish (250 g). The baked tomato or tomato juice. For the night grapefruit or juice.
The 6 and 7 day can be chosen as any of above-stated at will.
Every day at emergence of feeling of strong hunger it is possible to add between the main meals on a glass of kefir, apple or orange and also 1 teaspoon of honey as tea sweetener once a day. Tea is optimum only green and with a lemon if there is no that not to drink chefir! Coffee only svezhesvarenny or espresso.
For the night you are able to afford to eat only grapefruit, and any kefirchik! It is better to eat in 5 hours after each meal.
