Strawberry diet

Breakfast. Fruit salad (320 kcal).
Way of preparation: 250 g of strawberry to wash out, cut. A half of apple to wash, remove seeds, to cut in cubes. A half of banana to clean and cut pieces. To mix fruit from 50 g of natural yogurt (1.5% fat content) and 1 h a honey spoon.
The first snack. Strawberry milk (100 kcal).

Lunch. A sweet melon with strawberry (240 kcal).
Ingredients: 250 g of a sugar or honey melon, 150 g of strawberry, 1 very thin slice of gammon, 1 branch of mint.
Way of preparation: to scrape out seeds of a melon a spoon. To cut a fruit on small pieces and to peel. Strawberry to wash out, cut on halves. To spread out everything on a plate.
