The offered menu A needs to be alternated every other day to the offered menu B.The first week
Breakfast.
Menu A: a glass of warm milk with a honey spoon, a stale croissant.
Menu B: a cup of tea, the piece of black bread strewed with parsley.
The 2nd breakfast.
Menu A: a glass of tea, 2 pieces of black bread which are thinly smeared with oil with two lettuce leaves.
Menu B: a glass of kefir, a stale croissant, 10-12 added some salt redisok.
Lunch.
Menu A: boiled fish with horse-radish, 2-3 potatoes strewed with greens, a green salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
Menu B: dense vegetable green peas soup, piece of fast beef, 2-3 potatoes, fruit sugar and lemon juice salad.

The 2nd breakfast.
Menu A: 2 pieces of black bread, are a little oil and sheep cheese, a glass of tea.
Menu B: 2 pieces of black bread with meat, 2 tomatoes, a glass of tea.
Lunch.
Menu A: 2 meat cutlets, carrots salad, kissel.
Menu B: red borsch with boiled egg, boiled fish, 2 potatoes, a green salad.
Afternoon snack.
Menu A: fruit, biscuit.
Menu B: kefir and crouton.
Dinner.
Menu A: kefir, a black croissant with jam.
Menu B: glass of tea, 2 pieces of low-fat cheese.
The third week
Breakfast.
Menu A: a cup of coffee, a piece of black bread with honey.
Menu B: a glass of milk with honey, crouton.

Menu A: kefir, piece of black bread and butter, soft-boiled egg, garden radish.
Menu B: a glass of tea, 2 pieces of bread with fast ham, 2 tomatoes.
Lunch.
Menu A: the beefsteak roasted on a dry frying pan, spinach with sour cream, a glass of juice.
Menu B: rice, stewed mushrooms, glass of broth, 2 baked apples.
